On Wednesday, 9/24/25, at 7:50 Green Hills Elementary will participate in “See You at the Pole”! This is a global day of student prayer at our local schools where those that want to will gather around the flag pole and pray together. This is a voluntary event, students will NOT be required to attend.

Mrs. Lyndsey is beginning her first year with Save the Children as an STC Tutor, and she is thrilled to start this journey.

Ahoy matey! First Grade celebrated "Talk Like A Pirate Day" with a Pirate Treasure Escape room math game where they worked as teams to solve addition problems within 20 to crack the code and get back to their ship! Back on the land, they enjoyed a candy "treasure". They also created their own pirate hats and "ship in a bottle" craft.
