Transcript Requests

If you are unable to come to either Harlan County High School or the Harlan County Board of Education to request your transcripts, you can use the form below. Note that we require a notarized document that confirms your identification, that you are making a transcript request and any specific instructions we should be aware of before the request will be processed. Please be aware that a driver's license does not qualify as a notarized document. We cannot complete your request without this.
